1. Domestic Shipping (US Orders)

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Free for orders over $50).
  • Shipping Origins: Most orders are fulfilled through US-based warehouses to ensure fast delivery.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Business Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. International Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Shipping Origins: Orders may ship from global fulfillment centers (e.g., Asia, Europe). Shipping origins are displayed during checkout.
  • Customs & Duties:
    • International customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
    • Refused shipments due to unpaid fees will not be refunded.

3. Holiday Shipping

  • During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing and delivery times may be extended by 3–5 business days.

4. Unavailable Addresses

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to reship (additional fees may apply).

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Contact us immediately at support@shopimog.com if your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost/stolen items.
