Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery (non-EU/UK customers).
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition (see “New” definition below).
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • For defective/damaged items, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • To initiate a return, email hello@shopimog.com with your order number and reason.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Personalized/customized products (e.g., engraved jewelry).
  • Opened/used intimate or perishable items (e.g., underwear, skincare).
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page or at checkout.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact us at hello@shopimog.com for return authorization.
Step 2: Return Instructions:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We will email you a prepaid return label.
  • Non-Defective Returns: You will receive a region-specific return address (US, EU hub, or other) and must cover return shipping costs.
    Step 3: Ship the item using a tracked method and retain proof of postage.
    Step 4: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item.

4. Return Condition

  • “New” Definition: Unopened, original packaging, unused.
  • Returns with signs of use may be refused.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for equal value or store credit within 30 days.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Free return shipping.
  • Color/Size Exchanges: Customer covers return costs.

6. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report defects within 14 days of delivery with photos/videos.
  • Verified claims receive a replacement or full refund.

7. Country-Specific Terms

EU/UK Customers:

  • Return items within 14 days for any reason (no justification required).
  • Non-defective returns: You cover return shipping costs.
  • Note: Return addresses may be outside the EU/UK (e.g., US hubs). Customers are responsible for international shipping costs and customs fees.

Australian Customers:

  • Entitled to repairs, replacements, or refunds under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for major or minor failures (e.g., defective, not as described).
  • No time limit for major failures; remedies apply within a reasonable period for minor issues.

8. Compliance & Updates

  • Complies with local consumer laws (e.g., EU Consumer Rights, ACL).
  • Policy updates posted here with revised “Last Updated” date.
